Position Summary :

Key Responsibilities :

• Strategic Planning :
• Lead the formulation of the company’s long-term strategy, aligning with market trends and business goals.
• Identify growth opportunities in existing and emerging markets, including product diversification and geographic expansion.
• Analyze industry trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs to inform strategic decisions.
• Business Development :
• Drive the exploration of new business opportunities, partnerships, and alliances.
• Lead initiatives to enter new markets, launch new products, and enhance the company’s market positioning.
• Evaluate potential mergers, acquisitions, and joint ventures to support strategic growth.
• Market Analysis and Forecasting :
• Conduct in-depth market research to anticipate industry shifts and emerging trends.
• Develop and maintain forecasting models to predict market demand, competitive dynamics, and growth potential.
• Provide strategic insights to the executive team based on data-driven analysis.
• Operational Alignment :
• Collaborate with various departments to ensure strategic initiatives are integrated into operational plans.

• Leadership and Team Management :

• Stakeholder Engagement :
