Software Engineer in Test

The team at Ultraship is building a next-gen complete end-to-end Transportation Management System (TMS) that is used by top brokerage firms in Logistics industry.

We’re looking for a Software Engineer in Test who can break things with purpose — and automate everything they fix. If you love building reliable automation systems, improving performance, and pushing quality into every part of engineering, this role is for you.

What You’ll Do Build and maintain UI + API automation frameworks

Integrate tests into CI / CD pipelines

Own regression, performance, and reliability testing

Partner with developers to shift testing left

Improve test coverage, stability, and speed

What You Need 3–6 years of SET / SDET experience

Strong in JavaScript / TypeScript, Python, or Java

Solid experience with Playwright / Cypress / Postman

Hands-on with CI / CD (GitHub Actions, Jenkins, GitLab)

Strong debugging + problem-solving skills

Bonus Skills Performance testing (JMeter, K6)

Docker / Kubernetes

Experience in SaaS or logistics tech
