Role Overview :
As an Assistant Manager / Manager – HR (US Shared Services), you will play a key role in managing end-to-end HR operations for our US workforce. You will oversee onboarding, employee records, policy support, audits, and onshore employee coordination. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, compliance-driven environment and is passionate about building seamless HR experiences across borders.

Requirements :
Education : Any Bachelor’s degree (Mandatory).
Experience : 5–7 years of experience in US / UK HR Shared Services, HR Operations, or Global HR processes (Mandatory).
Skills :
Excellent English communication and HR documentation skills.
Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and confidentiality in handling sensitive data.
Proficiency in HR systems, employee records management, and compliance workflows.
Shift : Willingness to work night shifts (5-day work week) from our office at Elippode, Trivandrum.
Availability : Only immediate joiners will be considered.
Location : Candidates must be from Trivandrum. (Only Trivandrum candidates will be considered)
