At Ecorgy Solutions, we are redefining the efficiency and impact of US Healthcare Operations. We are looking for a highly driven HR leader who can strengthen our onshore onboarding, training, compliance, and employee engagement processes for our US division.

Role Overview :

As an Assistant Manager / Manager – HR (US Shared Services), you will play a key role in managing end-to-end HR operations for our US workforce. You will oversee onboarding, employee records, policy support, audits, and onshore employee coordination. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, compliance-driven environment and is passionate about building seamless HR experiences across borders.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead and manage the US onboarding and orientation process for onshore employees.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee databases, HRIS records, and documentation.
• Conduct HR-related training and knowledge sessions for employees supporting US operations.
• Address employee queries regarding policies, payroll inputs, benefits, and HR processes.
• Support internal and external audits while ensuring full compliance with US HR regulations and standards.
• Collaborate with onshore and offshore teams to ensure smooth HR operations and service delivery.
• Handle additional HR functions and special assignments as required.

Requirements :

Education : Any Bachelor’s degree (Mandatory).

Experience : 5–7 years of experience in US / UK HR Shared Services, HR Operations, or Global HR processes (Mandatory).

Skills :

Excellent English communication and HR documentation skills.

Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and confidentiality in handling sensitive data.

Proficiency in HR systems, employee records management, and compliance workflows.

Shift : Willingness to work night shifts (5-day work week) from our office at Elippode, Trivandrum.

Availability : Only immediate joiners will be considered.

Location : Candidates must be from Trivandrum. (Only Trivandrum candidates will be considered)
