Job Title : Industrial Automation Sales Manager
Location : Delhi NCR (Travel across India as required)

Key Responsibilities :
- Own and achieve annual sales targets for Industrial Automation vertical.
- Identify and develop business opportunities with OEMs, system integrators, and end customers.
- Build a strong pipeline by targeting Automotive, Manufacturing, and Industrial segments.
- Manage large strategic accounts and develop long-term relationships with CXOs and decision-makers.
- Collaborate with technical pre-sales and project execution teams for solution development.
- Lead proposals, RFP / RFQ responses, and commercial negotiations.
- Provide market feedback, competitor analysis, and product improvement suggestions.
- Represent the company in industry forums, trade shows, and partner events.
- Mentor junior sales or business development team members.
Requirements :
B.E. / B.Tech in Electronics, Electrical, or Instrumentation (MBA is a plus)5–12 years of proven experience in selling Industrial Automation products / solutionsStrong network with Automation OEMs and Automotive / Manufacturing clientsDeep knowledge of PLCs, SCADA, HMIs, IPCs, Sensors, Industrial Networking, and IIoTExcellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.Willing to travel frequently across India
