Job Description
We are looking for a skilled and proactive L2 Support Engineer with strong experience in Identity and Access Management (IAM) and Active Directory (AD) operations. The ideal candidate will support incident management, service requests, and daily operational activities related to IAM and AD environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide L2 support for IAM platforms and Active Directory services.
- Manage user provisioning, de-provisioning, group administration, and access-related tasks.
- Troubleshoot authentication and authorization issues, including password resets and account lockouts.
- Resolve incidents and service requests within defined SLA timelines.
- Perform daily monitoring, health checks, and basic configuration activities for IAM / AD systems.
- Collaborate with L1 and L3 teams for escalations and efficient ticket resolution.
- Maintain documentation for standard operating procedures, known issues, and resolutions.
- Support AD-related Group Policy management, OU structure maintenance, and replication troubleshooting.
- Ensure adherence to access control policies and organizational security guidelines.
Required Skills
2 to 4 years of hands-on experience in IAM and AD L2 support.Strong proficiency in Active Directory user / group management, GPO handling, and domain troubleshooting.Experience with IAM concepts such as RBAC, SSO, MFA, and provisioning workflows.Experience with ticketing tools like ServiceNow, Jira, or Remedy.Strong troubleshooting skills in AD replication, login failures, and access issues.Excellent communication and customer service skills.Good to Have
Exposure to IAM tools such as SailPoint, Saviynt, or Okta.Basic knowledge of PowerShell scripting for AD automation.Familiarity with ITIL practices or an ITIL certification.
