Role : IntelliMatch Developer

Location : Bangalore (Hybrid / On-site)

Experience : 6-8 years

Key Responsibilities :

  • Design, develop, configure, and support FIS IntelliMatch modules including Reconciliation, Data Integrity Manager (DIM), WebConnect, and IntelliMatch Reporting.
  • Collaborate with business analysts, QA, and operations teams to gather requirements and design efficient reconciliation solutions.
  • Develop and maintain SQL Server queries, stored procedures, functions, and performance tuning for large datasets.
  • Build and manage data imports, rules, match rules, reconciliation definitions, and exception management.
  • Perform end-to-end implementation of reconciliation workflows - from source data ingestion to final reporting.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to IntelliMatch configurations and integrations.
  • Conduct unit and integration testing, and support user acceptance testing (UAT).
  • Automate reconciliation processes and optimize existing implementations to improve performance and reduce manual interventions.
  • Provide documentation and training for reconciliation processes and technical configurations.
  • Participate in production support and incident management as needed.

Required Skills & Experience :

  • 6-8 years of overall experience in financial reconciliation, with strong hands-on experience in FIS IntelliMatch.
  • Expertise in Data Integrity Manager (DIM) and related modules.
  • Proficient in Microsoft SQL Server - ability to write and optimize complex queries, stored procedures, indexing, and performance tuning.
  • Strong understanding of reconciliation processes, financial instruments, and data controls in banking or capital markets.
  • Familiarity with SWIFT messages, cash, positions, and trade reconciliation formats
