Certified Medical Coder (CPC)

• Location: Infopark Kakkanad Kerala

• Shift: Night Shift (6:00 PM 3:00 AM)
  
• Work Schedule: 5 Days a Week (Saturday & Sunday Off)
  
• Salary: 3 LPA 4 LPA (Based on certification and interview performance)

1. Review and analyze medical records physician notes and clinical documentation
   
2. Assign accurate ICD-10-CM CPT and HCPCS codes as per guidelines
   
3. Ensure compliance with coding standards payer policies and healthcare regulations
   
4. Maintain high accuracy and productivity standards
   
5. Identify documentation gaps and flag discrepancies when required
   
6. Stay updated with coding guideline changes and compliance requirements
   
7. Work collaboratively with quality audit and operations teams
   

• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
  
• Basic computer knowledge and ability to work with coding tools/software
  
• Good written and verbal communication skills
