Seeking a professional, dedicated, and polished Food & Beverage Service Executive to manage the preparation, service, and presentation of meals in a private household. The role ensures an impeccable dining experience for family members and guests, maintaining high standards of hospitality in a home setting.
Key Responsibilities
Serve breakfast, lunch, dinner, and beverages timely and professionally.Assist in setting the dining table with attention to cleanliness, orderliness, and aesthetics.Attend to guests’ needs during meals, including refilling drinks and clearing plates.Assist the chef or cook with meal preparation, presentation, and proper storage.Help with menu planning considering dietary restrictions, preferences, or allergies.Maintain high service standards reflecting the household’s values and lifestyle.Ensure privacy and discretion of household members and guests.Act as the primary contact to ensure smooth, uninterrupted meal service.Assist in organizing and serving at private events or gatherings, coordinating with household staff.Track inventory levels and assist with stocking, ordering, and receiving supplies.Greet guests warmly and attend to requests discreetly.Anticipate family and guest needs for a comfortable dining experience.Maintain professionalism and courteous demeanor at all times.Qualifications and Skills
Prior experience in private household food and beverage service or upscale restaurants, hotels, or catering within the specified experience range.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Strong organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail.Thorough understanding of formal dining etiquette and service standards.Ability to work independently or as part of a team.Knowledge of wine and beverage service.Flexibility to accommodate changing family schedules and needs.
