Role Overview

We are seeking a motivated Quant Developer to join our quantitative development team . This role is ideal for someone with strong programming skills, a solid grounding in mathematics / finance, and a keen interest in asset–liability modeling. Initially, you will support senior quant developers with data handling, process automation, and tool development. Over time, you will gain exposure to and participate in the design, implementation, and validation of asset and liability models used in risk management, valuation, and financial planning.

Key Responsibilities

Initial Responsibilities (Support Phase)

• Assist in the development, testing, and maintenance of quantitative tools and libraries .
• Work with large financial datasets : cleaning, transforming, and preparing them for analysis.
• Automate reporting and model execution pipelines to improve team efficiency.
• Support senior developers and modelers in debugging, code reviews, and documentation.
• Implement validation routines to ensure numerical accuracy and stability of models.
