Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for Tele Callers, located in Chennai. The Tele Callers will be responsible for speaking with potential and existing customers over the phone, addressing their queries, providing information about products or services, and generating leads. The role involves maintaining customer databases, following up on leads, keeping accurate records of customer interactions, and meeting sales targets. Tele Callers are also expected to handle customer complaints and ensure customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to make outbound and receive inbound telephone calls
• Proficiency in customer relationship management (CRM) software
• Sales and lead generation skills
• Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
• Capability to work under pressure and meet targets
• Basic computer skills, including data entry and record-keeping
• Fluency in multiple languages is a plus
• Previous experience in telecalling or a related field is preferred
• High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor's degree is advantageous
