Role : Outsystem Developer / Lead

Location : Chennai / Bhopal

Experience : 6-14 Years

We are looking for a Senior OutSystems Developer with 6+ years of experience in software development, including strong expertise in building web and mobile applications using OutSystems (ODC / O11) platform . The candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining scalable digital solutions, ensuring best practices, performance, and security standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design and development of web and mobile applications on the OutSystems ODC / O11 platform .
• Manage end-to-end delivery, from requirement gathering and design to development, deployment, and support.
• Develop responsive UI / UX for cross-platform apps using OutSystems components.
• Integrate applications with enterprise systems (REST / SOAP APIs, databases, authentication, third-party services).
• Mentor junior developers, perform code reviews, and ensure adherence to OutSystems best practices .
• Drive application performance optimization, security implementation, and scalability improvements .
• Collaborate with business analysts, architects, and QA teams to ensure seamless delivery.
• Contribute to Agile ceremonies and continuously improve delivery processes.
