Role Overview

We are looking for a dynamic and creative Deputy Marketing Manager to drive marketing campaigns, scale brand awareness, and support business growth. This role is ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of brand, performance, and community.

Key Responsibilities

• Brand & Campaign Strategy : Assist in planning and executing marketing strategies to build brand equity and drive growth.
• Integrated Campaign Execution : Lead end-to-end campaigns across digital, social, influencer, email, and offline touchpoints.
• Performance Collaboration : Work closely with performance teams to align brand messaging with ROI-driven outcomes.
• Influencer & Creator Marketing : Identify and manage relationships with influencers and creators to increase brand visibility.
• Content Supervision : Guide content development for various platforms, ensuring consistency in tone, messaging, and aesthetics.
• New Product Launches : Drive go-to-market planning for product rollouts — messaging, creative, partnerships, and launch strategy.
• Market & Consumer Insights : Stay updated on category trends, consumer preferences, and competitor activity to inform decision-making.
