About the Role :
We're looking for a B2B Event Marketing professional to strategize, plan, and execute high-impact marketing events that drive lead generation and sales pipeline growth . This is a marketing-led position requiring strong collaboration with sales and demand generation teams.
Who You Are :
- 2–4 years of experience in B2B SaaS event marketing / demand generation .
- Agency background candidates are welcome if they've managed B2B or enterprise tech clients .
- Proven experience in planning and executing corporate marketing events such as webinars, roundtables, trade shows, or conferences.
- Familiar with digital promotions (email, social, paid campaigns) to drive event registrations and engagement.
- Strong project management and communication skills with attention to detail.
- Data-oriented mindset with exposure to event performance tracking and reporting.
- Comfortable working in fast-paced, cross-functional environments.
- Willingness to travel for on-ground event execution.
Key Responsibilities :
Plan, execute, and promote B2B marketing events aligned with lead-gen and pipeline goals.Manage end-to-end logistics, vendor coordination, branding, and post-event analytics.Collaborate with sales, content, and demand-gen teams to ensure strong event ROI.Execute digital campaigns (email, social, paid media) to maximize registrations and conversions.Track key event metrics and optimize based on performance insights.Manage budgets efficiently while maintaining quality and impact.Skills Required
