Citrix Administrator

Job Title : Citrix Administrator

Location : Onsite at Vadodara Gujarat

Responsibilities :

• Manage and monitor the Citrix DaaS and VDI environment, including Cloud Connectors, StoreFront, DaaS Cloud, Licensing, and Provisioning Services.
• Deploy, update, and stream Citrix applications using Numecent Cloudpaging and App-V application virtualization technologies.
• Optimize the performance, availability, and security of Citrix systems and applications.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Citrix connectivity, authentication, policies, profiles, printing, and end user experience.
• Document Citrix processes, procedures, and best practices.
• Collaborate with other IT and engineering business teams and vendors to ensure the compatibility and integration of Citrix solutions.
• Provide technical support and guidance to end users and other IT staff on Citrix-related issues.
• Collaborate and provide oversight of our global strategic sourcing partner is support of Fluor's Citrix environment. Work alongside our global third-party support provider.

Requirements :

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field or at least 5 years of experience as a Citrix administrator or / engineer.
