The organization is expanding its sales team and is seeking dynamic professionals who can independently manage end-to-end sales — from sourcing leads to closing high-value residential transactions.
Experience : Overall 10 Years, Minimum 5–7 years in Luxury Residential Real Estate Sales
Role Overview
This position involves handling the complete sales cycle for luxury residential projects, including lead generation, client servicing, site visits, negotiation, and closure .
Key Responsibilities
Drive sales as per business plan targets (both in value & volume)
Source potential buyers through personal networks, referrals, and channel partners
Handle client meetings, project presentations, and deal closures
Build and manage relationships with channel partners and brokers
Maintain consistent performance against monthly and quarterly targets
Key Requirements
Proven track record in sourcing and closing residential real estate deals
Strong understanding of the Mumbai Suburban Market
5–7 years of relevant experience in luxury or premium residential sales
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills
Stability and long-term orientation in previous roles
