Job descriptionStrong understanding of data structures, algorithms, and object-oriented programming. Experience with automated testing tools (e.G., Playwright, Cypress, Selenium, PyTest, or equivalent). Proficiency in at least one programming language (Python, JavaScript, or Node.Js preferred). Comfort with white-box testing and source-level debugging. Experience or interest in AI prompting for automation and validation. Analytical mindset with high curiosity about how systems fail. 1–3 years of experience in testing or software engineering (exceptional freshers welcome). You’ll work at the intersection of software engineering and AI — shaping how intelligent systems are tested, trained, and trusted.
About the Role
We’re looking for a Software Engineer in Testing who loves code as much as catching what breaks it. You’ll work closely with our AI engineering team to build, automate, and break systems intelligently — using prompts, scripts, and strong computer-science fundamentals.
What You’ll Do
- Design and build automated testing frameworks (API, UI, and integration).
- Write clean, readable white-box test code to validate core system logic.
- Use AI-driven tools and custom prompts to generate, simulate, and validate test data.
- Collaborate with developers to debug, diagnose, and fix issues at the root.
- Create high-coverage regression suites that run fast and fail loud.
- Ensure performance, scalability, and security testing are part of every release.
