Design & Development : Develop and optimize robotic systems for package handling and logistics automation.

Autonomous Navigation : Implement navigation systems for autonomous vehicles in structured and unstructured environments.

Pick-and-Place Automation : Work on robotic arms for automated picking, sorting, and placement of packages.

Computer Vision & AI Integration : Implement AI-driven object recognition and package tracking.

System Integration : Ensure smooth communication between hardware, software, and logistics control systems.

Testing & Optimization : Build and refine prototypes to improve performance and reliability.

Compliance & Safety : Ensure adherence to industry standards and safety regulations for autonomous robotic systems.

Requirements

Desired Candidate profile :

Bachelor / Master degree in Robotics, Mechatronics, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
Minimum 5+ years of experience in designing and implementing autonomous robotic systems for logistics or industrial automation.
Proficiency in robotic frameworks such as ROS (Robot Operating System).
Experience with motion planning, SLAM (Simultaneous Localization and Mapping), and real-time navigation.
Hands-on experience in designing robotic arms with precision pick-and-place capabilities.
Knowledge of LiDAR, depth cameras, and sensor fusion
for navigation and object detection.
Programming proficiency in Python, C++, and embedded systems programming.
Familiarity with AI / ML frameworks (TensorFlow, OpenCV, PyTorch) for robotic vision applications.
Experience with edge computing and IoT-enabled robotics
Worked on AGVs (Automated Guided Vehicles) or AMRs (Autonomous Mobile Robots).
Experience in warehouse automation, sorting systems, or industrial robotics.
Familiarity with mechanical design for robotics and real-world deployment challenges.
Understanding of robotic kinematics, control algorithms, and automation protocols
