Bid Coordinator

Job descriptionManage and coordinate the end-to-end bid and tender submission process. Liaise with stakeholders to gather, edit, and refine submission content. Write and design high-quality proposals that communicate project capability and value. Ensure all submissions are polished, well-formatted, and delivered on time. Bring a creative eye to improve the presentation and consistency of submissions. Tertiary qualifications in Marketing, Communications , or a related field. Minimum 3 years’ experience in Bid Coordination, Marketing, or Proposal Writing (construction or property preferred). Advanced Microsoft Office skills; InDesign and Adobe Creative Suite experience highly regarded. Excellent writing, editing, and organisational skills. A collaborative communicator who can manage multiple deadlines with composure.
About the Company
We are seeking an experienced Bid Coordinator to join a respected construction and design-focused organisation in Melbourne on a 12-month maternity leave contract .

You’ll coordinate tender responses, working closely with project, estimating, and leadership teams to deliver documentation that reflects the company’s brand, expertise, and attention to detail.
