SAP Real Estate Management Professional

SAP REFX

Minimum Experience – 7 to 15 years

Job Location – Hyderabad / Mumbai

Key Responsibilities :

• Around 6 - 8 years of experience in SAP REFX module.
• Deep expertise in SAP Real Estate REFX / CLM module implementation, including 2 - 3 full cycle deployments.
• Experience in a cross functional SAP role
• Design and configure REFX functionalities including Contract Management, Portfolio Management, Business Partner, sales-based Rent, Lease Accounting (ASC 842 / IFRS 16) and Compliance
• Strong expertise in contract management, Lease-in, Lease-Out processes, and Real Estate portfolio management.
• Experience with IFRS 16 and ASC 842 compliance, including configuration and reporting.
• Deep understanding of sales-based lease contracts, revenue recognition, and integration with 3party sales collectors and SAP FI modules.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including finance, legal, and operations.
• Experience in Post Go Live Support for SAP Real Estate and related Integrated functions
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and analytical skills
• SAP functional / process consultant skills' such as leading design workshops, documenting design, configuring SAP functionality, writing functional specifications for custom development (RICEF),
• Testing, integrating & supporting other teams (technical, OCM, other functional areas)
