Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and visionary Director of Sales to join our team at Grand Mercure Ahmedabad GIFT City. As a key member of our leadership team, you will drive our corporate sales strategy, inspire and mentor our sales team, and cultivate strong relationships with high-value corporate clients.

• Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed corporate revenue targets
• Lead, coach, and motivate the corporate sales team to deliver outstanding results
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with key corporate clients and decision-makers
• Collaborate with the Revenue Manager on sales forecasting and pricing strategies
• Create and oversee the annual sales budget and business plan for the corporate segment
• Identify new market opportunities and develop innovative sales approaches to capture them
• Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking functions
• Analyze market trends and competitor activities to inform sales strategies
• Work closely with other departments to ensure seamless delivery of services to corporate clients
• Provide regular performance reports and insights to senior management
