We are hiring an Executive Assistant for the Strategy & Planning Office. The role requires someone who is organised, detail-oriented, and thrives in fast-moving environments. You will work closely with a Member of the Board to ensure that meetings, communication, coordination, and execution run smoothly across multiple businesses and teams.

About the Reporting Manager – Member of the Board
You will support a Member of the Board who has experience building and scaling companies across technology, consumer, and industrial sectors. He works closely with leadership teams, investors, and advisors, and your role will be to help maintain clarity, coordination, and preparedness across his schedule and priorities.

Act as the primary coordination point for internal and external stakeholdersDraft and review communication and email correspondenceMaintain an organised contact databaseCoordinate discussions with consultants, advisors, and partnersUphold a professional communication standard on behalf of leadership3. Travel & Logistics (20%)
Plan domestic and international travel and documentationPrepare itineraries and handle schedule changesCoordinate logistics for meetings, board events, and conferencesTrack budgets and reimbursements with finance4. Execution & Operational Follow-ups (20%)
