About the Role (Automation Engineer) :

🛠️ What You’ll Do :

RPA & APA Leadership :

Design end-to-end automation solutions using Automation Anywhere A360
Implement GenAI and Agentic AI for intelligent task execution
Build RAG-based AI pipelines for enhanced contextual automation
Integrate bots with systems like ERP, CRM, APIs, and databases

Co-Pilot & AI Agent Development :

Build AI copilots that assist with human decision-making

Integrate LLM-based agents into automated workflows

Collaboration & Delivery :

Translate business needs into scalable automation solutions

Engage with clients to ensure high-quality delivery and value realization

✅ Required Skills & Qualifications :

Strong experience with Automation Anywhere A360

Practical exposure to AI-integrated RPA, Co-pilot, LLMs, and GenAI

Proficiency in cloud platforms : AWS, Azure, or GCP

Excellent client communication and solution ownership

Bachelor’s or Master’s in Computer Science, Data Science, or related field
