What You'll Be Doing

Do you have a passion for technology and helping others In this role, you'll work to resolve customer technical requests or issues via chat services including chat, text, email, social media, direct messaging as well as other nonverbal platforms. Whether it's getting answers for customers quickly, consulting on products with compassion or resolving their issues with a smile, you'll be the difference between their customer experience being just average or an exceptional one.

During a Typical Day, You'll

  • Bring your passion and love for technology to know what's going on with the latest technology products and help customers
  • Answer incoming communications from customers
  • Connect and resolve issues with customers using written communication only

What You Bring To The Role

  • 1 year or more of technical support and troubleshooting experience
  • Great written communication skills including grammar and spelling
  • Computer experience
  • Experience in chat process would be preferred.

  • The anticipated salary range is between 30,000K to 38,000 CTC + Night Shift Allowance
  • Actual compensation offers to a candidate may vary based upon geographic location, work experience, education and / or skill levels.

    You'll report to Project Manager. You'll contribute to the success of the customer experience and the overall success of the team.
