Designation : HR Manager
About the Role
We are a fast-growing restaurant chain seeking a dynamic HR Manager to lead Human Resource operations across our Pan-India outlets. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in hospitality / retail HR, with proven experience in hiring, training, compliance, and motivating diverse teams across multiple locations.
Key Responsibilities
- Recruitment & Staffing
- Consistently recruiting and mobilizing excellent staff for new store openings and existing outlets across India.
- Managing pan-India hiring across multiple positions (operations, kitchen, front-line, and management).
- Building a strong talent pipeline and reducing time-to-hire.
- Onboarding & Training
- Ensuring a smooth and structured onboarding process for new hires.
- Conducting staff training, induction, and leadership development programs .
- Coaching, counseling, and motivating employees to maintain high morale and productivity.
- Compliance & Administration
- Ensuring adherence to labor laws, statutory requirements, and workplace privacy standards .
- Maintaining reports, policies, and HR documentation across outlets.
- Ensuring compliance with workplace health and safety regulations.
- Employee Engagement & Performance
- Developing clear HR policies and ensuring awareness across all levels.
- Handling conflict resolution, grievance management, and workplace investigations with professionalism.
- Conducting performance appraisals, wage reviews, and career progression plans.
- Leading employee engagement initiatives to reduce attrition and improve retention.
- Leadership & HR Strategy
- Leading and mentoring a team of junior HR executives / managers.
- Preparing reports on HR operations, recruitment drives, and new store openings .
- Acting as a strategic HR partner to business heads, aligning HR processes with organizational goals.
- Driving cultural alignment, team spirit, and leadership across all units.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management (MBA / PGDM preferred).5+ years of HR experience (hospitality, casual dining restaurants, retail, or lifestyle brands preferred).Competency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and HR systems.Strong knowledge of HR policies, labor laws, and compliance practices.Proven experience in training, conflict resolution, disciplinary processes, and workplace investigations .Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.Ability to travel frequently and manage staffing requirements across multiple sites.Why Join Us?
