Role Overview

We are hiring a Content Creation & Social Media Intern who will play a key role in developing and executing Kirin's digital content strategy.

This role requires someone who understands how to create impactful on-ground video content, engage directly with our target audience, and translate those interactions into authentic stories that drive brand awareness, engagement, and sales.

The position is based in Mumbai and will require regular on-site and field activities.

Key Responsibilities

1. Content Ideation & Execution

Conceptualize and execute short-form video content (Reels / interviews / street interactions) that reflect Kirin's brand voice and appeal to our core audience — working professionals.

Develop storylines, questions, and formats for on-street interactions that are both engaging and insight-driven.

Ensure all content aligns with Kirin's tone, aesthetics, and positioning.

2. Production & Editing

Independently manage shooting, editing, and post-production of videos using professional or mobile equipment.

Maintain a consistent output schedule in coordination with the brand calendar.

3. Social Media Management

Upload and manage daily content on Instagram.

Monitor engagement metrics, analyze performance, and recommend improvements to increase follower base and conversion.

Respond to comments and messages in a manner consistent with brand voice.

4. Digital Marketing Support (Preferred)

Support the team in planning and executing Instagram ads and paid promotions.

Assist in identifying collaboration opportunities with micro and macro influencers.

Who We Are Looking For

Location : Must be based in Mumbai.

Confident communicator, comfortable engaging with strangers on camera.

Strong understanding of Instagram trends, short-form content, and brand storytelling.

Proficient in video shooting and editing tools (mobile or desktop).

Self-starter with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.

Preferred : Exposure to social media marketing, ad management, or influencer marketing.
