Role Overview :

We’re seeking a Digital Market Sourcing Specialist Intern who will support our recruitment team by driving digital outreach, community engagement, and creative sourcing strategies for healthcare staffing. This role is ideal for someone eager to combine marketing, recruitment, and social media skills into one.

What We’re Looking For :

Background (preferred, not mandatory) :

Recruitment / healthcare staffing exposure (understanding urgency, compliance & nurse priorities).

Experience with social media content creation, reels, Canva, or ads.

Community management (Facebook groups, online engagement).

Bonus : Nursing or healthcare-related background.

Core Skills :

Content creation (short videos, reels, graphics via Canva / CapCut).

Copywriting (job ads, captions).

Running / optimizing FB / IG ads + tracking performance (UTMs, GA, CRM).

Quick lead qualification & outreach mindset (recruitment style).

Community building (DMs, live Q&As, trust-building).

Traits :

Outgoing & camera-friendly.

Empathetic communicator.

Organized, data-driven, and responsive (thinks in minutes, not days).
