Job descriptionListen deeply : Consume long-form conversations with founders & technologists. Summarize with precision : Convert podcast insights into crisp notes, tweet threads, micro-clips, and newsletter-ready takeaways. Write high-signal content : Create sharp, idea-dense posts for X, Substack, and cross-channel distribution. Spot gold : Identify what the world’s smartest founders, investors, and operators actually care about. Support newsletter growth : Help experiment with formats, hooks, headlines, and distribution loops. Grow an audience : Learn how to scale an X account and a Substack from someone actively doing it. You’ll learn how high-signal newsletters are built — from idea → clip → distribution. Direct exposure to how the world’s top founders think. You’ll get trained in long-form podcast analysis, content curation, and idea distillation. Work directly with the creator behind HitchhikersWay, with a front-row seat to building an elite tech audience. Opportunity to turn this into a long-term role if you perform well. Naturally high attention span — you enjoy long podcasts, books, essays, and deep ideas. Strong writing instincts — clear, structured, and memorable. Love for technology — startups, founders, AI, business strategy. Curiosity-driven — you dive deep into topics until you understand the “why.” Good taste — you can tell what’s signal vs noise. Bonus : If you follow tech Twitter, consume founder interviews, or read Substack regularly.
