Role Description

We are looking for a Cold Calling Specialist to join our team in Goregaon. This is a full-time, in-person role. The Cold Calling Specialist will be responsible for reaching out to B2B potential clients from a provided database, building interest in our brand, and turning them into appointments to explore our jewellery collection. The role involves you being confident and not taking a no for an answer, contacting decision-makers, handling objections, maintaining accurate call logs, following up on leads, scheduling appointments, and meeting set targets.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in  English and Hindi  is a must
• Experience in cold calling, telemarketing, or sales
• Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in maintaining detailed call records
• Ability to manage time effectively and work independently
• Strong persuasion and negotiation skills
• Adaptability and resilience in handling objections
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in sales or communication are an advantage but not needed

Salary :  ₹15,000 per month
