Position Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and analytical Equity Research Associate to join our investment team in Delhi or Mumbai . The role involves working closely with Portfolio Managers and Senior Research Analysts to identify and evaluate investment opportunities through in-depth fundamental research and financial analysis.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct detailed industry and company research , including market trends, competitive landscape, and key business drivers.
• Benchmark operational and financial metrics of key industry players.
• Perform financial statement analysis and valuation modeling using various approaches (DCF, relative valuation, etc.).
• Track and analyze financial results, news, and key developments of investee companies and their peers.
• Participate in primary research by meeting management teams, suppliers, customers, and competitors.
• Review quarterly earnings calls, annual reports, investor presentations, and industry publications.
• Prepare concise and insightful research notes, reports, and investment theses for internal discussions and portfolio decision-making.
