We are seeking a detail-oriented and tech-savvy Salesforce Administrator to support our inside sales team by managing Salesforce data conducting market research and facilitating lead generation. This role is ideal for someone with a foundational understanding of CRM systems and a passion for enabling sales success through operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities :

CRM Management

• Maintain and update Salesforce database with accurate customer and prospect information.
• Manage user onboarding / offboarding and troubleshoot basic Salesforce issues.
• Ensure data cleanliness including duplicate management and record maintenance.

Prepare and import lead lists into Salesforce with proper formatting.

Market Research

Provide contextual reports on profiled lists and market segments.

Reporting & Analysis

Monitor administrative audit dashboards and collaborate with Salesforce Admins to resolve discrepancies.
