Role : AS400 / iSeries Engineer

Experience : 5 Years -10 Years

Location : Hyderabad

Key Responsibilities

• Manage application development in an ERP environment on IBM iSeries (AS400).
• Oversee the design, development, and implementation of software systems and applications.
• Ensure smooth integration and functionality of IBM i systems and related products.
• Troubleshoot hardware and software issues in large IBM i on Power Systems environments.
• Coordinate with different levels of personnel across the organization for project execution.
• Conduct research into system issues and evaluate new products or solutions.
• Communicate technical concepts in a user-friendly manner to stakeholders.
• Maintain security and compliance for iSeries systems and applications.
• Support rotational shifts and ensure timely delivery of projects.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Experience : 5+ years in application development management within ERP environments (IBM iSeries / AS400).

Protocols & Standards : Working knowledge of current software protocols and Internet standards.

Problem-Solving : Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.

Communication : Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Soft Skills : Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and results-driven.
