As an Advanced AI Engineer at Quantilityy AI, you will play a pivotal role in designing, developing, and scaling AI algorithms, models, and platforms that directly shape our core products and client solutions. Key Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end development of advanced AI solutions , ensuring scalability, efficiency, and robustness.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (strategy, product, consulting, client success) to embed AI into enterprise use cases such as coaching, diagnostics, interviews, simulations, and market insights.
• Work directly with founders, product leaders, and global clients to translate business requirements into transformative AI products.
• Drive the full AI lifecycle : ideation → design → development → testing → deployment → iteration.
• Mentor and guide junior engineers to build a culture of innovation, agility, and technical excellence.
• Push the boundaries of AI — experimenting with new methodologies, tools, and architectures.
