About the Role

We’re looking for a Community Associate to build and grow a strong student creator ecosystem across campuses. In this role, you’ll scout talented student creators, run interactive workshops around storytelling & content creation, and drive consistent student-generated content (Reels, campus highlights, testimonials, memes).

If you’re energetic, social-media savvy, and love youth culture — this role is for you.

Responsibilities

• Identify, onboard & engage student content creators across colleges.
• Conduct on-campus workshops on Reels, storytelling & personal branding.
• Drive regular student-generated content (Reels, short videos, campus stories).
• Maintain active creator communities via WhatsApp / Discord groups.
• Manage the end-to-end UGC pipeline : idea → creation → review → publish.
• Collaborate with internal teams to amplify content on brand channels.
• Coordinate with campus clubs, societies & event teams for coverage.
