Trade Marketing Lead
Role Overview
Lead end-to-end trade marketing strategy and execution across regions.
Oversee POSM planning, deployment, and compliance for all in-store activities.
Drive distribution effectiveness of input SKUs for activated months.
Create impactful sales team briefing materials and conduct F2F briefings.
Ensure loyalty program implementation and adherence to guidelines.
Lead GTM / RTM initiatives for all new product launches.
Empanel and manage key stores, track offtakes, and build retail partnerships.
Plan, execute, and measure micro-marketing activities at cluster level.
Manage vendor partnerships to ensure cost-effective and quality execution.
Provide insights and ROI analysis on trade marketing activities.
Who We Are Looking For
Graduate / Postgraduate (MBA preferred).
6+ years’ FMCG experience in Trade Marketing / Channel Development / GT Sales.
Strong expertise in metro market handling, POSM, loyalty programs, and ROI tracking.
Excellent leadership, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.
