Role Overview
We are looking for a self-driven and analytical Assistant Manager – Operations to join our Hyderabad team. This is an on-ground leadership role managing clinic performance, frontline staff, local marketing activations, and operational efficiency.
We're especially interested in candidates with QSR (Quick Service Restaurant), cloud kitchen, F&B, B2C operational experience or worked in similar roles, who are skilled in handling fast-paced environments and using data to drive decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
Team & Clinic Operations
- Oversee day-to-day operations across Allo clinics in Hyderabad
- Lead field staff and manage scheduling, training, and task execution
- Ensure compliance with SOPs and service quality standards
Clinic & Doctor Coordination
Build strong relationships with clinical staff and doctorsAddress and resolve operational or service escalationsMaintain a consistent and high-quality patient experienceData-Driven Performance
Track and analyze KPIs (e.g. footfall, wait time, SLA, attendance)Use Google Sheets / Excel to run reports and identify performance gapsPresent insights to central leadership with action plansMarketing & Brand Activation
Execute local marketing campaigns and in-clinic brand visibilityWork with the central team to roll out hyperlocal activationsRepresent Allo at community events, partner locations, and activationsBusiness Expansion & Field Insights
Identify new clinic locations and partnership opportunitiesMonitor market trends and competitor activitySupport pilot initiatives and new location launchesQualifications
Must-Haves :
1–5 years in QSR, dark kitchens, cloud kitchens, F&B chains, or similar field-based B2C rolesStrong data and performance analysis skills (Excel / Google Sheets)Hands-on team and operations management experienceBased in Hyderabad with strong local knowledgeOwn a 2-wheeler and valid driving license (mandatory)Bonus :
