Job Purpose :

We are looking for an experienced IICS Lead Developer to lead and manage end-to-end development and data integration initiatives using Informatica Intelligent Cloud Services (IICS). The ideal candidate will provide technical leadership, mentor junior developers, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver robust, scalable, and secure data integration solutions.

Roles & Responsibilities :

• Lead the design, development, and implementation of data integration solutions using IICS (CAI, CDI, CMI, CIH).
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior team members.
• Work on end-to-end project implementations involving Informatica IICS (24 full-cycle projects).
• Create and optimize complex mapping tasks, task flows, and process automation.
• Integrate with various source and target systems, including APIs and cloud / on-premise databases.
• Collaborate with business analysts, solution architects, and data engineers to deliver effective integration solutions.
• Implement data quality standards, validation processes, and performance tuning.
• Conduct unit testing, quality assurance, and debugging of integration processes.
• Contribute to solution design leveraging cloud ecosystems (AWS, Azure, GCP) and streaming platforms like Kafka.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, security standards, and regulatory requirements.
