o Trains Sales Managers through Train-the-Trainer (TOT) to build leadership capabilities.

o Ensures every team member meets their targets and grows professionally.

o Mentor and guide team members to achieve career growth within the organization.

  • Communication Skills
  • o Clearly explain customized schemes to dealers, ensuring buy-in.

    o Persuade and influence dealers to prioritize Sheenlac products, securing maximum counter share.

    o Train and mentor the team to communicate effectively with dealers and stakeholders

  • Profitability Focus - Drives strategies to maximize revenue and margins.
