Job Title : Junior Accountant – Kolkata

Location : Sarat Bose Road, Kolkata

Working Hours : Monday to Saturday, 11am to 8pm

Salary- 15-20k

Bandhani is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Accountant to join our finance team in Kolkata. This is an excellent opportunity for early-career professionals looking to build a strong foundation in accounting within a growing and dynamic organization in the textile industry.

Key Responsibilities :

Maintain accurate financial records and ensure adherence to accounting standards
Assist in the preparation of financial statements and management reports
Perform day-to-day bookkeeping and data entry
Support statutory compliance including GST, TDS, and related filings
Liaise with internal departments and external auditors as required

Candidate Requirements :

Bachelor’s degree in Commerce or a related field

1–2 years of relevant experience in accounting

Proficiency in Tally and Microsoft Excel

Solid understanding of accounting principles and compliance norms

Based in Kolkata or open to relocation
