Job description

Maximizing revenue growth and customer engagement requires a strategic approach to sales and marketing. Our ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a proven track record of success in SaaS sales targeting US / Canada-based clients, and the ability to lead product demonstrations and handle objections effectively.

Main Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute targeted sales strategies to penetrate new markets and expand existing customer relationships.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with proposal, sales, and operations leaders to understand their needs and preferences.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to refine sales strategy and optimize go-to-market execution.
  • Maintain a robust pipeline and consistently meet or exceed monthly / quarterly sales targets.

Requirements

  • 2-5 years of experience in B2B sales targeting mid-market or enterprise clients in North America.
  • Proven track record of closing deals and consistently achieving quota.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills; ability to lead product demos and handle complex sales objections.
  • Familiarity with CRM software, sales automation tools, and AI platforms is preferred.
  • Able to work independently and collaboratively as part of a distributed team.
