Role Description

We are seeking a Freelance Data Engineer with strong expertise in SQL , C# , React , and data performance optimization . This role will involve hands-on development for data pipelines and database performance tasks, with a strong focus on data analysis and performance tuning . The position offers the opportunity to work on a data-intensive application with future potential to mentor junior developers.

Key Responsibilities

Hands-on development for data pipelines and database performance tasks, ensuring the efficient handling of data-intensive applications.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to handle stored procedures , production issues , and provide effective solutions.

Write and optimize SQL queries to support data performance tuning and troubleshooting.

Work with C# and React to develop full-stack solutions with a focus on backend data tasks.

Perform data analysis and leverage your background in mathematics , statistics , or data analytics to improve the data pipeline and database performance.

Write unit tests using NUnit to ensure the reliability and accuracy of your code.

Assist in mentoring junior developers (future focus, not immediate responsibility).

Required Technical Skills

Strong experience in SQL and SQL Server , with a deep understanding of data performance tuning and optimization .

Experience as a data-focused developer , with a strong emphasis on backend development.

Proficiency in C# and React (Full Stack).

Experience in handling stored procedures , production issues , and solutions across teams .

Background in data analytics , mathematics , or statistics is a strong plus .

Experience in writing and running unit tests using NUnit .
