About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager with expertise in ServiceNow Operations and Managed Services (MS) to oversee project delivery, ensure operational excellence, and drive customer satisfaction. The candidate should have strong knowledge of ITSM / ITOM processes, ServiceNow platform capabilities, and proven experience in managing service delivery within IT operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end ServiceNow Operations projects, including planning, execution, monitoring, and delivery.
- Act as the single point of contact (SPOC) for stakeholders, ensuring smooth communication and issue resolution.
- Drive Managed Services delivery and ensure adherence to SLAs, KPIs, and compliance standards.
- Lead project governance, including reporting, risk management, and escalation handling.
- Collaborate with ServiceNow architects, developers, and support teams to ensure successful implementation and support.
- Identify automation and process improvement opportunities within ServiceNow operations.
- Manage change requests, backlog, and enhancements in alignment with customer requirements.
- Prepare project documentation, including SoW, project plans, and delivery reports.
- Support presales and solutioning activities when required.
Required Skills & Qualifications
5–12 years of IT experience, with 4 + years in ServiceNow operations / project management .Strong knowledge of ServiceNow ITSM, ITOM, and platform capabilities .Proven track record in handling Managed Services / AMS projects .Experience in stakeholder management, customer communication, and governance .Excellent knowledge of ITIL processes (Incident, Change, Problem, Service Request) .Strong project management skills (Agile / Waterfall methodologies).Proficiency in project tracking tools (Jira, ServiceNow, MS Project, etc.).ITIL and / or PMP / Prince2 certification is preferred.Strong communication, leadership, and analytical skills.
