Overview
The Director of Marketing will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing and communication strategies to enhance the visibility, reputation, and enrollment growth of the institute. This role requires a visionary leader who understands both traditional and digital marketing trends in the education sector and can effectively position the institute as a premier destination for learning.
Key Responsibility
- Strategic Planning :
- Develop, implement, and monitor marketing strategies aligned with the institute's goals.
- Drive enrolment growth, brand awareness, and community engagement.
- Brand Management :
- Establish and maintain a strong, consistent brand identity.
- Digital Marketing :
- Lead social media presence, SEO / SEM campaigns, email marketing, and website management.
- Utilize analytics to measure ROI and optimize digital campaigns.
- Admissions & Outreach :
- Support admissions team with lead generation and conversion strategies.
- Build relationships with schools, universities, corporates, and community organizations.
- Events & Public Relations :
- Plan and execute open houses, webinars, seminars, and institute events.
- Handle media relations, press releases, and crisis communication when required.
- Team Leadership :
- Lead and mentor the marketing team.
- Coordinate with academic and administrative staff to align campaigns with institutional objectives.
