AI / ML Delivery Lead - NLP Projects

Core Responsibilities :

• Technical Delivery Leadership : Own the end-to-end delivery lifecycle for multiple AI / ML and NLP projects, ensuring solutions are delivered on time, within budget, and meet high quality and performance standards.
• Technical Design & Architecture : Provide technical leadership in designing scalable and robust AI solutions, leveraging expertise in Machine Learning (ML), Natural Language Processing (NLP), and Cloud technologies (AWS / Azure).
• Team Management & Mentoring : Lead, mentor, and manage a team of 5-8 AI / ML / NLP Engineers, fostering a culture of technical excellence, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
• Stakeholder Management : Collaborate effectively with business stakeholders, product owners, and other technology teams to translate complex business requirements into clear, executable technical roadmaps and delivery plans.
• Operational Excellence : Oversee MLOps practices, deployment pipelines, and post-deployment monitoring to ensure the long-term stability and reliability of AI models in production.
• Innovation & Strategy : Stay abreast of the latest advancements in AI, including LLMs and Generative AI, and strategically incorporate new technologies to drive business value.

Required Technical Expertise :

This includes experience with frameworks, fine-tuning, and application development (e. , RAG systems).
