What this actually means : We have built our own L1 blockchain, and a backend technical structure for protocols and ecosystem to make digital infrastructure efficient, secure and more accessible. Our global products and tools are natively built for web 3.0 world.

You will work with teams working on tech products across blockchain, and distributed systems – for a real-world problem solving. We're taking on established paths and conventional wisdom about how the Tech and Internet should work. Underlying principle is to solve the hard problem of protecting user rights, digital intellectual property rights and protection of assets in an age of AI and instant replication.

Role : Video Content Strategist / Creator

Location : Noida (WFO) / 5-days

About the Role : We are looking for a Web3 Video Content Creator who can conceptualize, script, and produce engaging video content tailored for platforms like YouTube, LinkedIn, Instagram, and other social channels. The ideal candidate is deeply curious about blockchain, tokenization, and Web3 products and has a knack for simplifying complex topics into relatable, creative, and visually compelling stories.

What will you get to do?

  • Content Strategy Alignment : Collaborate with marketing and product teams to ensure content resonates with the target Web3 community.
  • Content Ideation : Generate innovative video content ideas aligned with Web3, Blockchain, Tokenization trends.
  • Scripting & Storyboarding : Write engaging scripts, structure content in a way that educates, entertains, and builds brand authority.
  • Video Production : Shoot short and long-form videos for different social platforms, host podcasts, interviews, ensuring content is platform-native.
  • Community Engagement & Growth : Stay updated with blockchain trends and contribute fresh takes on industry news, product updates, and thought leadership.

    • Profile Expectations :

  • Proven experience in creating engaging video content for social media (portfolio-In English-must have) with knowledge of platform-native formats and trends.
  • Good grasp of Web3, Blockchain, emerging tech concepts & trends (or ability to learn quickly & explain simply).
  • Skilled in scriptwriting, video production and storytelling with comfort being on-camera or directing talent.
  • Ability to host podcasts (remote and in-studio) with confidence and clarity.
