Organize and keep record of online meetings.Work pertaining to Mumbai University – Recognition & renewal, student admission, interview coordination activity, guide and student registration assistance.Update, organize and maintain regulatory documents.Keep account of study progress, and extension.Maintain records of term completion and extension done by HR and inform Accounts Supervisor. Coordinate with PI and HR for term details of RF / CRC.Draft reminder letters for progress / completion reports to all PI's and send to PIs on a regular basis including follow-up reminders. Extension request letters, reminders follow-ups should be sent at least 3 months before end date.Assist in keeping track of number of vouchers issued to each MRC funded study.Overall supervision of the archival operations – periodically transfer documents to the Sion storage facility, look out for options when the storage conditions are getting full. Record keeping. Data filing / compilingLiterature review, Periodic circulation of articles for continuing education / information.Assist in writing and uploading grant proposals online, summary of reports, etc.Assist in updating website content.Monitoring of clinical trial documentation for sponsored studies.Supporting the onboarding process for new team members and providing guidance on administrative tasks.Correspondence with other departments, CEO, COO, sister organizations of PDHNHMRC.Indenting materials for the department. Initiating, tracking & Keeping logs of purchases.Plan and supervise duties assigned to the attendant.Overall supervision to ensure departmental cleanliness, order and discipline.Skills Required
