Now, we’re looking for a Creative Strategist who can own the creative process from concept to iteration to insight.

Role Overview As a Creative Strategist, you’ll be the creative brain behind our Meta Ads.

You’ll turn data and consumer insights into scroll-stopping ad concepts, hooks, and scripts that actually convert.

You’ll work closely with the founder and media team to build, test, and scale creative frameworks across multiple D2C brands.

This isn’t a “manage designers” role; it’s about owning the creative performance pipeline

Key Responsibilities Ideate and script high-converting UGC-style ads for Meta.

Analyse creative performance (CTR, Hook rate, Thumbstop, etc.) to find insights and patterns.

Develop creative testing frameworks and structure experiments across accounts.

Collaborate with editors, designers, and media buyers to align story, style, and performance.

Conduct competitor and trend research to identify new creative angles.

Lead creative reviews and maintain Salt Media’s quality and storytelling standards.

Requirements Minimum 2 years of experience in creative strategy or copywriting (preferably for D2C / eCommerce).

Strong understanding of Meta ad performance metrics , CTR, Hook rate, Thumbstop, etc.

Deep interest in storytelling, content psychology, and user behaviour.

Ability to ideate, write, and structure performance-driven ad scripts.

Ready to unlearn and rethink traditional advertising norms.

Curious, self-driven, and obsessed with decoding why some ads work better than others.
