Job description

Role Specifics -

The role will be designated as  Analyst – Business Development  for CashKaro.com, inclusive of responsibilities as below-

Identify, approach, negotiate, and collaborate with potential prospect to establish mutually beneficial relationships. Will be responsible for finding potential buyers for Prepaid Gift Card / Brand Gift Cards.

  • Reaching out to corporates, gifting companies, etc. and identifying SPOC via Call / Email.
  • Actively seek out and establish relationships with key decision-makers within target organizations.
  • Present and pitch Brand Gift Cards to them and understanding their requirement & policy.
  • Sharing and explaining Prepaid Gift Card / Brand Gift Card details along with commercial on emails and calls.
  • Identifying other opportunities and generating Sale of Prepaid / Brand Gift Cards.

Relationship management

  • Maintain high satisfaction across our partners and build long term relationship
  • Building sustainable relationships and trust with customers through open and interactive communication
  • Handling queries, providing appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limit; following up with internal team to ensure resolution.
  • Reporting

  • Should maintain detailed report of discussion with prospects.
  • Sharing daily / weekly / monthly report, feedback, finding and scope.
  • Business Operation

  • Working closely with Internal Teams to process the purchase order.
  • Ensuring KYC and Agreement compliance
  • Must have skills :

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proven ability to identify and engage new prospects, with strong persuasion skills.
  • Active listening ability and adept negotiation skills.
  • Sharp and strategic thinker with a proactive approach.
  • Preferred : Existing network within college societies or corporate circles.
  • Proficiency in handling queries and addressing concerns from partners and customers, providing suitable solutions and alternatives promptly.
  • Capacity to empathize with partners and customers, understanding their needs and concerns to provide appropriate support and solutions.
  • Proficiency in hands-on Microsoft Excel, including data manipulation, spreadsheet creation, and report generation, with expertise in functions like sorting, filtering, and pivot tables.
  • Proficient in summarizing detailed discussions into concise report summaries, highlighting key findings and outcomes.
  • Must possess the ability to seamlessly collaborate with both internal and external teams simultaneously
