CDP - Baking and Pastry is the most senior role in our production unit at Sucrose Overdose, Kolkata. Candidate will be required to ensure a smooth production process and lead the team as a unit to achieve daily targets. Person should have an understanding of modern patisserie / breads / cakes / fondant art.
Responsibilities
- To ensure daily production targets are achieved
- Allocate daily tasks to each person in the team
- Ensure and check proper finishing of goods before dispatch to respective outlets
- Keep the storage and refrigerators organised and labelled at all times
- Ensure hygiene in the production process
- Ensure all machines and equipments are cleaned from time to time
- Should be able to work with basic excel
- Should be able to receive goods from vendors
