Role Overview

As a Social Media Intern , you’ll be part of Zolo’s Marketing – Creative / Social Media team, working closely with the Creative Lead to support daily content creation, publishing, and engagement. This role is perfect for someone who lives and breathes Instagram, Reels, and memes, and is eager to experiment, learn, and build a strong foundation in social media marketing.

Key Responsibilities

  • Content Creation – Assist in shooting reels, capturing BTS, and creating UGC-style content.
  • Trend Research & Ideation – Spot new trends, memes, and references to adapt for Zolo’s brands.
  • Publishing Support – Draft posts, captions, hashtags, and help schedule content.
  • Community Engagement – Support in replying to comments / DMs and tracking engagement metrics.
  • Collaboration – Work with designers, photographers, and editors to bring ideas to life.

    • What We’re Looking For

  • Students / freshers from Mass Communication, Marketing, or Digital Media backgrounds (BBA / MBA preferred).
  • Strong awareness of Instagram, , and YouTube content formats.
  • Basic knowledge of Canva, CapCut, or InShot .
  • Creative mindset with storytelling ability and trend awareness.
  • Clarity in communication and eagerness to learn.

    • Persona Traits : Curious, disciplined, quick with ideas, and passionate about lifestyle, travel, and youth culture branding.
