Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Bengaluru for a Senior VP - Sales in Real Estate. The Senior VP - Sales will be responsible for managing and overseeing the sales operations, developing and implementing effective sales strategies, and leading a team of sales professionals. The role includes tasks such as Business Development, Sales Management, and maintaining strong client relationships.

Qualifications

Proven experience in Sales, Business Development, and Sales Management

Skills in Account Management and Sales Operations

Strong leadership and team management skills

Excellent communication and negotiation skills

Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment

Experience in the real estate industry is a plus

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
